1. Do you know what you are?

I am a creature made by God consisting of spirit, soul and body.

2. How do you know that you have a spirit and a soul?

Because I find within me something that can think, know, wish, desire, rejoice and be sad, which the body cannot do.

Matthew 22:37.

3. In what way does your spirit and soul differ from your body?

My body is made of flesh and blood, and it will die; but my spirit and soul will continue to exist after my body is dead.

4. Why did God create you with a spirit, soul and body?

To know and serve Him here on earth, so that I can dwell with Him and be happy in Heaven.

5. How can you learn to know God and serve Him?

By reading and studying the Holy Bible, which is the true word of God.

6. What does the Holy Bible teach you about the knowledge of God?

The Holy Bible teaches me about who and what God is, His nature, and His relationship with those He has created.

Hebrews 8:11. John 5:39. Romans 1:16.

7. What is the nature of God?

God exists in Three Persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit which we refer to as the Trinity. He is everywhere present, without beginning and without end, most wise, powerful, holy, just, merciful and true.

8. What is God’s relationship with those He has created?

He alone is the Creator and Maker of all things. He gave us life and breath. He preserves us and is continually good towards us. He is our Lord, Ruler, and Judge.

9. What does the Holy Bible teach you about serving God?

That I must serve Him by keeping all His commandments, that is, by doing everything that He requires of me, and avoiding everything that He forbids me.

10. What commandments has God given to men?

He gave Ten Commandments in the Old Testament, which are summed up in Two Commandments in the New Testament.
