Safe in the Arms of Jesus


Well I’m safe in the arms of Jesus
Every moment of the day
And I know He watches over me 
As I walk the narrow way 
No, I cannot trust in riches 
Or the stars up in the sky 
For I know that Jesus loves me
And here’s the reason why …

Well He paid the price He did not owe
For a debt I could not pay
When He bled and died upon the cross
To take my sins away
And now I am so happy
And boldly I can say
That I know He is with me
Every moment of the day
